Announcement icon Therapy is self-care and human connection is essential to our sense of wholeness. I offer sessions via video chat and telephone.
Have you ever felt stuck or like you're not living an optimal version of your life? In therapy, I work with clients to gain a new perspective on what works and what doesn't. Together, we identify the action steps necessary for living a purpose-filled life. My practice addresses life transitions, relationship conflicts, personal growth, parenting issues, addiction, false beliefs, and opportunities for growth. Let go of problematic patterns and lean into your extraordinary life ahead.
My practice is based on cognitive-behavioral therapy and incorporates solution-focused, developmental theory, and family systems interventions. I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Middlebury College and my Master of Science in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy from Walden University.
I am on the Board of Directors of NAMI Wood River, a Stephen Minister, and a former mental health professional for Higher Ground.
