I provide healing services using art therapy, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, play therapy, DBT, EMDR and others. I work from a strength-based approach to meet you where you are. I believe the therapeutic relationship is sacred and that each person, couple, family or group is different, with different needs. It is through my life experience, training, and education that I am able to work creatively with you to meet your needs and goals. I provide therapeutic services to groups, individuals of all ages, families and couples, and have extensive experience working with individuals and families struggling with addiction and codependency.
As an Art Therapist and Psychotherapist, I believe in healing through creativity and that creativity is an everyday life force. I have found that it is through creativity that people discover, strengthen or rediscover choices. It is through the discovery of choices that healing begins.
My 20 year background in technology management including time on Wall Street, in addition to several years in arts management and 12+ years as a therapist, provides me with a breadth of understanding, a broad range of skills, and the depth of knowledge to offer guidance and support in your own journey toward healing.

Women, Addiction and Recovery Group
Through the use of education, experiential exercises and process techniques this group focuses on providing an environment to those interested in understanding more about to 'being in recovery' from substance abuse/addiction, and codependency. Objectives: 1. Learn about substance abuse, addiction and codependency. 2. Increase self-awareness. 3. Learn options for healthy growth and change. 4. Identify community resources that can assist in recovery. 5. Develop an understanding of the process of recovery. 6. Learn how co-dependency impacts quality of life in recovery. 7. Learn ways to prevent relapse. 8. Identify codependent behaviors and learn how to set boundaries.
