I am a certified addictions professional, trauma informed therapist and Emotional Freedom Therapy and EMDR provider. My background experience consist of trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, codependency, singleness, life coaching, business executives, criminal justice, behavior modification, addictions and life adjustments. I work with adjustments including loss, imposter syndrome and life coaching for the next season, relationships or business through trauma processing & mindset shifting, boundary setting and breaking cycles.
