Somatic (body-centered), mindfulness-based approaches to holistic coaching and therapy, allow me to integrate my clinical training while tuning into intuition to effectively guide the unfolding healing process of my clients. I am a Psychotherapist, Dance Movement Therapist and Life Coach. The methods I employ are informed by almost 20 years experience as an educator, advisor, dance teacher, choreographer and Special Ed teacher. I specialize in working with children, teenagers, and young adults suffering with anxiety, learning disabilities, ADHD, and mild depression. I also provide individualized support to parents. My goal is to get to know you and what you desire in life. From there, we can work together to co-create a path towards healing, growth, and inspiration for your journey ahead, that honors who you are within your intersectional identities.

I am a licensed clinical social worker and somatic practitioner with a passion for nature-based services, spiritual practices, and expressive arts. People are free to discover and share their life experiences in a safe and honoring environment. Sharing one's pain and experiences can be hard, and I strive to be a compassionate, warm and understanding listener. Each person's life story is sacred, and there are a myriad of gifts waiting to be discovered and embraced. Much of my work is with Highly Sensitive People and empathic intuitives.

As a somatic therapist specializing in trauma and relationship issues, I am devoted to helping clients heal and integrate the mind/body/spirit connection and to experience the deeper meanings and intentions of their life. I provide a warm, compassionate space for inner exploration so clients feel seen and accepted. Transformation and healing are then possible. I am a certified Brainspotting therapist.
