As a seasoned psychotherapist/life coach, I believe in our innate healing potential and guide my clients to unlock their internal wisdom, resilience and resources for healing. Somatic (body-centered), mindfulness-based approaches to holistic coaching and therapy, allow me to integrate my clinical training while tuning into intuition to effectively guide the unfolding healing process of my clients. Trauma-informed, holistic coaching and therapy allows for greater capacity to rewire the brain, which can make the unconscious conscious and shift your automatic reactive patterns and outdated beliefs, helping you to live your best life.

I provide Sex Therapy and Coaching. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, AASECT certified sex therapist, and AASECT supervisor. I have had the honor of being a therapist for 26+ years. I work with adults to help solve personal, sexual, and relationship issues. I provide both brief counseling and ongoing psychotherapy as well as coaching. I run sexuality and spirituality workshops locally and nationally. We will discuss and evaluate your most personal dilemmas and you will receive my compassionate expertise. I use a combination of Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, Mind-Body Medicine, Somatic IFS, Polyvagal Theory, and Hypnotic Coaching to help you understand and make changes. I offer virtual therapy in the morning hours of 7-10:30 throughout the week; and Friday and Saturday AM/PM. Sessions are centered around cultivating a calm, clear and collected mind and body to support clients of ALL ages and ALL backgrounds in a grounded and embodied self. I also have a tremendous passion in social justice and JEDI related advocacy alongside clients and community members that identify as 2SLGBTQ+ and/or BIPOC. In my work with children, teens, and adults (including parent coaching/skill-building), I seek to understand the sources of struggle and also explore resources and resiliency often found in such stressors.

I am currently accepting clients 3-10 years old and 20-65 years old! I creatively support gender and racially diverse clients, including students, mamas, papas, children, and adults making life transitions. I love working in nature with art, stories, and metaphors. My clients often deal with grief, lack of confidence, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and boundaries. In therapy, we take these wounds and uncover their “Golden Shadow.”

I have additional training and certifications in addictions counseling and specialize in working with female youth and young adult women in the treatment of behavioral issues, trauma, grief, domestic, and substance abuse using systems base approaches, group therapy, and expressive arts.
