I approach clients where they are in their lives, relationships & moods in a manner that is accepting and encouraging. I believe people are their own best resource for understanding their present state, how they have arrived there, & having resilience to heal & move toward their goals. When clients are very stuck in negative moods, behaviors & relational patterns, I help them engage these through mindfulness, emotionally-focused & trauma healing therapies, which are based on understanding natural processes of healing & growth.

Note: I’m unable to take insurance. My session rates are $100 for individuals and $150 for couples. I specialize in working with those of us who are living with a dissociative disorder. Research shows a direct link from early childhood trauma to adulthood dissociative disorders, as well as autoimmune disorders. I'm a Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST) practitioner - an approach based on the Structural Dissociation model. I use Harville Hendrix's Imago relational model for system & couples work. I also teach Stephen Porges' Polyvagal approach. I’m trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy through Level ll.
