Tired of repeating the same old patterns? Know that something isn't right but not sure how to change it? I will help you explore the 'why's' behind your thoughts, feelings and behaviors and work collaboratively with you to create a proactive plan for change in a safe, accepting environment. From learning to cope with stress and establishing healthy boundaries to dealing with a major life event, I will help you break through unhealthy patterns that are holding you back. My aim is for clients to feel empowered, esteemed, and supported while going through this journey of therapy together.
In addition to psychotherapy, I am a Field Instructor for the USC School of Social Work and have supervised numerous graduate/post graduate students throughout their internships. I am also the Clinical Director for a national Employee Assistance Program and provide clinical oversite for therapists throughout the State of California.
I feel privileged when a client chooses to share their story with me. I am well versed and continually staying current on new and evolving treatment approaches, and will always work to find the best approach that fits you as an individual and the goals you are striving to meet.
