I am Cyndi Horwitz, LMFT, I provide counseling services that focus on the mind-body connection to teens, young adults and adult clients. My practice is dedicated to providing a thoughtful and compassionate setting for clients to find more effective ways to address issues and concerns that are negatively impacting their lives. I carefully weave together elements from my personal background, theoretical approach, advanced training in trauma, and yogic philosophy to create a unique and customized therapeutic experience for each client. The therapeutic journey is one of courage, hope, self- care, and determination, I am here to help.
I draw from several therapeutic orientations and outcome based approaches, according to the individual needs and desires of the client to create a fuller integration between the mind, body and spirit, and to accomplish the deepest level of healing possible.
I approach psychotherapy as a collaboration in which we work together in a way that transforms pain and distress into healing and growth. I will help to support you in gaining personal insight, identifying obstacles, uncovering or rediscovering strengths.
