I have gone through my version of the healing journey; my issues were—addiction, depression, traumas, losses, and performance blocks—and because I moved through my issues, I was ready to flourish. It is my privilege to assist my clients in their journey. In addition to the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects, I assist my clients in learning to perform in their personal and social relationships and careers. I specialize in working with athletes and other performers.
I use traditional approaches such as cognitive-behavioral, Positive Psychology, strategic, and spiritual. I also use two very effective approaches: The Play Zone, a science-backed approach that uses self-awareness to manage stress and life, and Brainspotting, a neurobiological approach that assists your brain and body in resolving and evolving any issue.
I have been in recovery from addictions since 1985. I have authored two books, "Thriving Beyond Addiction: A Complete User-Friendly Guide" and “Beyond Peak Performance" (2024), focused on athletes. I offer outside-of-session tasks to maximize the effectiveness of our session work and to stretch your money. I am a Navy Veteran. Not On Insurance Panels.
