Helping others in chaos and finding order is a path that is very comfortable for me to navigate. As a Life Coach/Professional Organizer, my passion is to help people create an improved quality of life and a healthy environment through organizing. It can be overwhelming when clutter starts taking over the physical space but it also diminishes the mental and emotional state of individuals causing paralysis and stagnation. My ability to see the potential, which guides the work I do with individuals, helping them understand where they are at the present moment and then giving them the direction to create results.

Using mindfulness, radical compassion, somatic awareness, internal family systems theory, and EMDR, I have witnessed incredible transformation in the lives of my clients. I’m truly honored to do this work. As a person with my own complex trauma history, I've experienced the challenges of learning regulation in my nervous system again.

For over 45 years I have had the privilege of providing competent, compassionate, caring psychotherapy and personal, business, and optimal health coaching services to a wide range of people. I am the author of two books and have an international reputation as a consultant, educator and coach.I have an extensive background in Integrative Psychology and natural health.I work with natural cycles and timing.I work with small companies internationally as a coach as well as individual enterpreneurs.

My awareness of human sexuality rises above my own personal opinion and experiences. I affirm all sexual orientations and transgender experience. I help people reclaim their authentic sexual selves within their particular spiritual/religious/lifeview practice and I tailor my treatment to best fit each individual client. I address a client's sexual issues directly. I don't sidestep the sex part to deal with the other issues in the relationship, although I don't ignore them either. Physiological, psychological, emotional and spiritual processes, are all a part of human sexuality and I understand that an integrated approach is necessary.

I am a natural teacher at heart and I have overcome so much in my past, that I can't help but help others to find hope in the area's of their lives that feel hopeless or lost.
