I am a licensed psychologist with over 40 years of experience. I continue to practice, yet in a narrow scope of interest. I am offering psychotherapy only to returning patients, as well as those seeking services for social anxiety, and performance anxiety (with an emphasis and sports and athletic performance). Additionally, I offer executive and leadership coaching, which falls outside the purview of psychotherapy.

What I offer is a partnership each month and I provide a safe container that supports deep healing and personal/professional growth while helping foster healthy habits and showing up for your life in a way that is meaningful and empowering. I offer space for uncovering deeper emotions and grief that may be beneath the surface and coming out into your life in surprising ways, like crying at inopportune times, getting overly angry and resentful, getting stuck in despair and feeling broken or not enough, or like you’ve failed yourself or others. I am a licensed clinical psychologist, assistant professor, and scientist. In my private practice, I see teens, adults, couples, and families.
