As a practicing clinician for 15 years, most of my work is with children/adolescents – ages 3-17 years - specializing in anxiety, ADHD, Autism spectrum, adjustment challenges, & trauma issues. I have experience with children in all care levels of need: school-based to outpatient to residential environments.

Jeanna started her career in mental health as a psychiatric case manager and then transitioned to a mental health therapist working for an outpatient clinic (office and school-based clients). She has been working in mental health for more than seven years and finds joy in helping others find their own path.

I have worked with children and families for over 20 years. I have experience working with children and families experiencing stress, transitions, divorce, low self esteem, grief, suicidal ideations as well as various other life circumstances. I utilize a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Bibliotherapy, Stress Management, and Family Supportive Therapy. Beau is my licensed therapy dog who has been through professional training. He only attends sessions if approved by clients. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings and look forward to working with you to help you find peace and happiness.

Intimacy/Sexual issues can be difficult to discuss and people are reluctant. In fact, many people struggle with feelings of inadequacy/lack of fulfillment in relation to their sexual experience. Sexual dysfunctions affect both men and women. My desire is to help people struggling with sexual problems and to help people live a more fulfilled intimacy/sexual life. I provide a non-judgmental place for people to safely articulate their concerns. I will help you figure out what is causing these struggles and help resolve them. In addition to sexual issues, I also work with people struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD and other issues.

Angela has over 7 years of experience in a variety of settings including school based, residential, inpatient, outpatient, and corrections. Her services are tailored for individual, group, couples, and families offering an integrative approach to address the unique needs of each client. Her experience and skills allow her to serve a diverse population providing both long term and brief interventions.

I am very passionate about helping people transform their relationships, their careers, and their habits to create a more meaningful and intentional life. My ideal client would be someone who is motivated to change and is open to feedback and different perspectives. Most of my clients goals are to reduce depression, reduce anxiety, increase self esteem, reduce people pleasing tendencies, learn how to set boundaries, and process past trauma.
