Through my practice I have learned that “your ego, ain’t your amigo!” We tend to overlook the powerful effects humility, patience, and compassion can have on both ourselves and our surroundings. I find that the simplest of modifications can create the most effective resolutions. We just need to figure out what they are and learn how to understand them.
