My goal is to help you deal with problems, become more aware of your feelings, face sensitive issues and achieve personal growth. each suited to the needs and situations presented by my clients. My areas of specialization include but are not limited to: improving problem solving and communication, couples/marriage counseling, premarital counseling, parenting/step-parenting, adolescent issues, anxiety/depression, divorce recovery and addiction/codependency.
