As a registered Naturopathic Doctor, I am interested in treating the whole person and discovering the underlying cause of imbalance or dis-ease. I address not only mental-emotional wellness, but the physical body as well. I provide safe, effective alternatives to medications for people who do not want to be on them or when they no longer work. If you have been through the medical model and are tired of not feeling heard or being offered treatments that don't work, there is a solution. I have been trained in a vareity of treatment methods, including mind-body medicine,homeopathy, herbal medicine, supplemental and dietary nutrition, cranio-sacral therapy, hydrotherapy and more. When I meet a patient, I focus on what will work for the individual, not on a pre-conceived protocol.
I have been trained in lab work that may help uncover underlying imbalances affecting your health. I read conventional labs from an "optimal" rather than "normal" perspective. I have also been trained to use "alternative" labs for adrenal health, male/female hormones, neurotransmitters, gastrointestinal issues, nutrient deficiencies and more.
