Change in our lives is inevitable. The transition periods between times of stability in our lives are more common then we often care to admit. I started my clinical practice in 1989 in Austin, Texas and specialize in helping adult individuals and couples who are experiencing transitions due to significant changes occurring in their lives.
In addition to working with a diverse adult population, I have been trained in EMDR, life transitions, career development, spiritual growth, Jungian Dreamwork, Hypnosis, mens issues, step parenting and blended families. My specialty is working with people who are experiencing issues hindering them from having the life they wish to have.
I specialize in helping individuals identify their deepest longings and use them as guides into the life they want to live. In this self discovery, I help individuals explore issues that may be hindering them from reaching their goals and aspirations.
