Life can be stressful, can't it? Therapy or coaching can help you change the things you have the power to change individually while we collectively work for change at a systems level. I help clients who are struggling with workplace challenges, anxiety, insomnia, relationship conflict, and medical challenges. I offer convenient, accessible telehealth therapy via a secure version of Zoom. I am licensed to provide therapy in Texas and all PSYPACT states. I also offer career coaching via telephone to clients in all U.S. states.
My therapy style is from a depth psychology perspective, and my therapy process also integrates coaching as I have a strong background in executive and personal coaching.
