I am highly experienced assisting children, teenagers, young adults, and families with a variety of behavioral, developmental, and social - emotional challenges. As a former school counselor, I can provide beneficial information regarding accommodations/modifications that are needed in the school setting. In a private counseling setting, I can help with behavioral and emotional challenges, including: anger, bullying, impulse control, depression, anxiety, peer relationships, and self-regulation techniques. I assists teens steer through difficult challenges and offer support for the young adult while they face many challenges as they navigate life and their many changing roles after high school.

I offer gender affirming therapy for transgender, non-binary individuals or people anywhere along the gender spectrum. I have experience with clients who are exploring, clarifying, questioning, accepting and/or adapting to their identity. Each client is as unique as gender itself, and I am here to validate, educate, and support the journey.

I believe that we all have the capacity to make positive changes and establish healthy habits for lifetime success. I provide a safe and nurturing environment for you to be able to express any and all concerns, fears, and hopes without the fear of judgment.

Gender Expansive Expressive Arts Group

Support group is open to all gender expansive and transgender kids between the ages of 7-12. The group will provide children with an affirming space where they can socialize and engage in creative activities with other kids expressing comparable ranges of gender fluidity. The safe space will allow kids to express themselves and connect while experiencing the joy of authenticity.
