Repeated exposure to stress can cause a physical injury to the nervous system. Which is why you can’t “think” it away.
One approach does not fit all. We start, wherever you are- I’m experienced in non traditional life styles & experiences. This includes former foster care, sex trafficking, sudden death & HPPD (hallucinogen persisting perception disorder). My mom is in her 10th yr of Lewy Body Dementia. Major life transitions & aging need not feel formidable
