I have been a psychologist for 30 yrs working with individuals, couples, and families. I work with each client to identify what is causing their current problems and how we can restore optimal growth and health. I use many of the most effective psychotherapy methods for relieving anxiety, depression, and trauma-a comprehensive Mind-Body approach.

I'll help you discover the core reason(s) for why you're struggling and help develop strategies that work to change your way of thinking and behaviors so you can have longer sobriety, reduce relapses and have healthier relationships. We'll work to develop tailored relapse prevention/intervention skills for addiction, coping skills for managing mental health symptoms, and conflict resolution skills for your relationships.

I believe that improving your relationship with yourself improves everything. On the inside, you're trying to remain determined, and accomplished, but in reality you feel incapable of living up to your potential and no matter how hard you try to change, you just haven't been able to get over that hump. You are the expert on your life and through a collaborative approach, we will walk together to through your concerns to help you feel empowered and able to take control of your life.

I do analytic work in accord with training of the C. G. Jung Institut, Zurich. There is special attention to dreams, creativity, and attention to the unconscious. Depth psychology takes time, and people work diligently. In the process the whole personality is engaged. Jungian psychology is forward looking and may elucidate the way through difficult transition. I work for a reduced fee, in lieu of insurance payment. This is an opportunity to do Jungian Analysis at an affordable cost. I appreciate work with individuals that have done therapy, gained psychological understanding, and would like to go futher into depth psychology.
