Hi, my name is Chris and I'm ready to help you through whatever you're facing right now. I will give you high impact techniques to help you move from sleeplessness to energized days, from anxiety towards calm and mindful peace, and from relationship distress towards renewed understanding. I am also certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). As an Army Behavioral Health Officer I've used ART during my last two deployments with amazing results.
