For the past 35+ years, I have worked with both individuals and couples. Treatment is both short and long term. Hypnotherapy and coaching are solution-focused and time limited. Some areas of particular interest are stress reduction, relaxation techniques, management of ADD/ADHD, relationship building, and functional/alternative wellness.
