I'll help you discover the core reason(s) for why you're struggling and help develop strategies that work to change your way of thinking and behaviors so you can have longer sobriety, reduce relapses and have healthier relationships. We'll work to develop tailored relapse prevention/intervention skills for addiction, coping skills for managing mental health symptoms, and conflict resolution skills for your relationships.
Specialties: Parent-teen and couples conflict. Addiction, childhood trauma, attachment & personality disorders. Identifying schemas (thought patterns used to understand & to respond to situations), teaching relapse prevention/intervention skills, and DBT Skills. Services are court approved. I offer chemical and mental health assessments. Chemical health psycho-education. Professional peer support and supervision.
