With a decade in practice and experience at Children's Hospital, I specialize in adolescent challenges like school refusal, anxiety, and tech dependency, using direct therapy and somatic techniques for emotional and behavioral growth. Trained in EMDR and experienced in various issues, I aim for family healing. I use narrative therapy, which helps you separate yourself from your problems and then conquer them. It's like rewriting your story; your problems become the villains, and therapy helps you defeat them. In addition to narrative therapy, I am also an EMDR Level I & II practitioner, a therapy which helps you to reprocess traumatic memories so that you are no longer triggered by them.
