I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) trained in systems, couples and family therapy, and Brainspotting.
You are not broken. Even the parts of you that feel messy, confusing, painful, or too much have roots in something deeply human... your longing to belong, to be understood, to stay safe in the world you grew up in. So many of the ways you learned to cope, connect, or protect yourself were shaped by the family systems and environments you moved through. They are adaptations, not flaws. Together, we look beneath the surface, into the deeper layers of yourself, where your beliefs, hopes, fears, and longings live. You don’t have to move through it alone. I’m here with you.

Many women I work with grew up needing to be “the strong one.” Difficult or emotionally unsafe childhoods can leave you feeling anxious, disconnected, or unsure of who you are, even when life looks successful on the outside. I specialize in working with women with developmental and relational trauma, including attachment wounds, anxiety, and depression. Therapy offers a space to understand how early experiences shaped you—and to begin creating something different.

I integrate evidence-based trauma therapy, Brainspotting, and somatic work to support healing that requires additional work beyond talk-therapy.
Maybe you're in a relationship where conflict is difficult to navigate, and you feel stuck in patterns that leave you feeling frustrated and alone. Perhaps you're ready to heal past wounds and need support building a healthy sense of self. Having a space to talk to someone can help us feel seen, grounded, and ultimately allow us to discover our truest selves.

I utilize a blend of therapeutic approaches including DBT, TF-CBT, Brainspotting, and Mindfulness practices that help develop coping skills, build resilience, and create long-term positive changes.
For many, staying alive is an act of immense strength. As a clinician with experience supporting those who live with chronic suicidal thoughts, I’m here to walk alongside you and help you build tools that support your well-being—on your terms. If you’re carrying thoughts of not wanting to live, it doesn’t mean you’re broken—it means you’re hurting. I also work with survivors of profound trauma, including interpersonal violence, trafficking, and identity-based harm. More importantly, I work with those who want to go from "surviving" to "thriving". This is a space where all parts of you, including the darkest thoughts, are welcome.

I am trained in Brainspotting and can include this somatic practice in treatment, often helpful for unprocessed difficult experiences.
Relationships can feel overwhelming, confusing, or deeply lonely—especially when anxiety, overthinking, or repeated patterns keep showing up. If you’re struggling with emotional disconnection, people-pleasing, boundary-setting, or navigating a breakup, you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, feel truly heard, and begin to understand what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we’ll explore relational patterns, strengthen self-trust, and help you build healthier, more fulfilling connections, with others and with yourself.

Life is full of challenges. I believe these challenges can also be stepping stones to our own personal growth. Whether stress from a job, a relationship issue or perhaps experiencing depression or anxiety, everyone deserves to have a non-judgmental, safe place to be able to talk. As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I strive to make my office a comfortable environment where those "hard conversations" can happen, resulting in a deeper understanding of what roles we play in relationships as well as how our thoughts impact how we feel and act.

Brainspotting Therapists
How does brainspotting work?
Brainspotting works by using eye positioning to identify and process traumatic memories so that a client is better able to move forward and live with less fear. The theory behind brainspotting is that by identifying where a person looks when thinking of traumatic memories, a therapist will be able to guide them to focus on that spot and work with the client to get them out of the “fight, flight, freeze” response associated with the traumatic memory.

Is brainspotting an evidence-based therapy?
Brainspotting is a theory-based alternative therapy. It is one of the newest forms of treatment, so very little research has been completed that examines the mechanism by which it works. The theory behind brainspotting is that eye position can be linked to areas of the brain that store and process memory.

How effective is brainspotting?
Because it is such a new treatment, the effectiveness of brainspotting cannot be quantified. Some people have found it to be effective on its own, or in conjunction with other types of therapy. It is considered an alternative therapy, and it is popular with people for whom more traditional therapies have proven ineffective.

How long does brainspotting take to work?
A typical brainspotting session will last between 60 to 90 minutes. There is no required number of sessions needed to complete brainspotting therapy, but in many cases it is delivered over the course of about six sessions. Clients are encouraged to rate their level of distress prior to a session and again following a session, and to track progress.
