For minors, I provide 50-minute art therapy sessions.
I love making art. When I was younger, my most impactful art pieces were the ones that helped me work through difficult times in my life. Without realizing what I was doing, I was utilizing art therapy. When you come into my office, you are surrounded by opportunities for creativity, allowing you to heal in ways that may have been out of reach beforehand.

Grounded in Humanistic and Trauma-Focused care, I integrate expressive Art and Play Therapy to foster healing and resilience.
I think it is important to understand how my client’s values and personal background affect the choices they make in their daily lives, and how those choices support them or prevent them from reaching their goals. The techniques I use can include assessment, exploring emotions, self-esteem work, looking at a situation from all angles, identifying past trauma, and active listening. I want my clients to feel confident and supported during therapy, and I hope that my sessions will provide a safe space where they can share openly and work towards their goals.

Looking for a guide to help you identify and redirect your subconscious beliefs? Experiencing anxiety, negative self-talk, or excessive worrying? My therapeutic practice is body-centered and based on Buddhist Psychology. In our sessions, you’re encouraged to notice the subtle thoughts and sensations that come up for you in the present moment. Through mindfulness and self-inquiry, you’ll realize your ability to be open-hearted toward your present experience. We’ll cultivate the strength to respond to life rather than falling into habitual reactions over and over.
