I combine evidence-based techniques from Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Positive Psychology to provide a solid foundation for healing and self-discovery while drawing on the creative self empowered Tools by Phil Stutz & Barry Michaels.
Together, we'll explore the factors contributing to your feelings of stagnation, enabling us to develop a tailored roadmap for your unique journey. By addressing issues through Positive Psychology, applying CBT strategies to shift unhelpful thought patterns, and employing the use of the tools, you'll gain clarity and newfound motivation.

We don’t believe people are broken. But we also don’t believe that “fine” is the ceiling of their potential. We believe therapy is part of the ongoing work of being human. Being human is the hardest thing any of us will ever do and while there is no universal map or linear path, billions of people have walked this terrain before and their collective wisdom across multiple dimensions is essential to framing our understanding of ourselves and each other.

My clients like having a blend of traditional talk therapy with other modalities such as Brainspotting or EMDR to get to the deeper levels of healing.
You want to feel like you have it all together, but the truth is that deep down you worry that you aren’t good enough- as a mom, a partner, in your career or all the many other roles you play as a woman. You’re sick of feeling overwhelmed and irritable, like you are barely holding it together. You might not even remember the last time you didn’t feel this way. But one thing is for sure: you are ready for some relief. You’re ready to deal with the chaos and junk that is holding you back. You’re ready to reclaim yourself and harness your strengths. You’re ready to find peace and joy in motherhood again. It's time to take care of you!

I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brainspotting and Humanistic techniques to challenge negative thinking patterns that don't serve you in order to rebuild confidence and security in yourself and others.
Do you ever feel stuck or struggle to feel in control of your life? Have you ever found yourself in a cycle of one negative relationship after the other, no matter how hard you try to avoid it? Sometimes when we grow up around chaos, chaos feels more comfortable than stillness, leading to a life of self-sabotaging and people-pleasing behaviors. I believe that intentions matter & that everyone is worthy of healing and a life that is fulfilling. If you can relate to any of these issues and want more satisfying relationships, then I encourage you to start your journey of intentional healing today.

I specialize in integrative, trauma-informed therapy that blends Brainspotting, somatic work, CBT, ACT, parts work (IFS), and EFT.
Many of the people I work with feel stuck in cycles of binge eating, shame, and harsh self-criticism. Often these patterns are connected to past trauma, core fears, or feeling disconnected from their body and emotions. You may feel frustrated with yourself or exhausted from trying to “fix” things on your own. What you really want is relief—freedom from emotional eating, healing from painful experiences, and a kinder relationship with yourself. In therapy, I offer a safe, supportive space where we can understand what’s driving these patterns and help you build self-trust, confidence, and lasting change.

I work from a trauma- informed and client-centered approach and mainly apply Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Somatic Awareness, Brainspotting, Parts Work, Mindfulness, Dreamwork, and Sand Tray along with other evidence-based modalities.
The first steps to reaching out for support can be a vulnerable experience, and I'd like to share that you don't have to walk this path alone. Throughout my journey, I’ve witnessed how deeply we are connected to the rhythms of nature, and how healing often happens in connection with others. My intentions are to offer a safe, supportive space where your self-exploration and healing process is welcomed and supported as we work as a collaborative team. I’d be honored to walk alongside you in the healing process of your body, mind, heart, and spirit.

I'm certified in both Brainspotting and adult ADHD.
You may be the strong one — the reliable one — the one others lean on. But lately you feel anxious, exhausted, grieving, or distant in your closest relationships. Therapy with me is a soft place to land — to be seen without overexplaining yourself by someone who understands both pressure and possibility. I work with individuals and couples navigating depression, anxiety, burnout, grief, relational strain, and specialize in adult ADHD. Together, we create space to regulate, reconnect, and move forward with clarity.

Brainspotting Therapists
How does brainspotting work?
Brainspotting works by using eye positioning to identify and process traumatic memories so that a client is better able to move forward and live with less fear. The theory behind brainspotting is that by identifying where a person looks when thinking of traumatic memories, a therapist will be able to guide them to focus on that spot and work with the client to get them out of the “fight, flight, freeze” response associated with the traumatic memory.

Is brainspotting an evidence-based therapy?
Brainspotting is a theory-based alternative therapy. It is one of the newest forms of treatment, so very little research has been completed that examines the mechanism by which it works. The theory behind brainspotting is that eye position can be linked to areas of the brain that store and process memory.

How effective is brainspotting?
Because it is such a new treatment, the effectiveness of brainspotting cannot be quantified. Some people have found it to be effective on its own, or in conjunction with other types of therapy. It is considered an alternative therapy, and it is popular with people for whom more traditional therapies have proven ineffective.

How long does brainspotting take to work?
A typical brainspotting session will last between 60 to 90 minutes. There is no required number of sessions needed to complete brainspotting therapy, but in many cases it is delivered over the course of about six sessions. Clients are encouraged to rate their level of distress prior to a session and again following a session, and to track progress.
