People I work well with often experience prolonged feelings of sadness or anxiety and want to feel more satisfaction in their lives. They can have behaviors that they can’t seem to rationalize or are counter to their values and goals. My clients often seek help with relationship problems, intense feelings of anger, fear, or shame, traumatic histories, isolation tendencies, or technology issues. Clients with these concerns have found support during my sessions as we build an insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so that they can make informed and conscious decisions as they navigate life's stressors.
I work primarily (but not exclusively) with men. Many of my clients experience depressive or anxious symptoms and are seeking an effective way to manage their emotions and behaviors. Often, clients seek me out when they're going through a major life stressor like a move, a change in their relationship, or a quarter/mid life crisis.
