Although I am not accepting new clients for therapy, I am currently scheduling clients for diagnostic evaluations and screenings for Autism. I also run a free autism class for the community. As an autistic-ADHD therapist, I have special interest in working with autistic and/or ADHD clients, whether they are officially diagnosed or not.
My therapeutic style wants you to feel seen and understood above all else. I often use strategies informed by polyvagal theory and internal family systems. A lot of my work is in complex and developmental trauma, PTSD, and relationship injuries.
Born in Taiwan, I grew up around the world in Far East Asia, Middle East, and South America, with a total of 22 years in developing countries. I know what it's like to live in different cultures, economic circumstances, and political realities. Whatever your circumstance might be, I look forward to hearing your story.
