One of the most challenging steps in making a change is reaching out for help, so I’m so glad you’re here. Clients I see often express feelings of overwhelm, worry, things “not going right,” and finding themselves repeating cycles they can’t seem to get out of. I hear time and time again that they’ve tried many ways to help themselves: self-help books, meditation apps, therapy social media accounts, yoga and breath work, changed their diet/exercise, and even medication management… but they still struggle. Despite these efforts, it seems like the “oomph” they’ve needed for their healing was having a space to process their thoughts.
