I enjoy working with both males and females in therapy. My patients come to me with a wide variety of problems, including loss, stress, problems with relationships, chronic health issues, mood disorders, inattention and parenting. Rather than becoming specialized in one area of interest, I believe that the variety of the problems I deal with in therapy helps keep me focused on the individual in front of me.

You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. For some, that looks like anxiety that won’t quiet down, stress that feels constant, or emotions that are hard to manage. For others, it shows up in their child, behavior changes, school struggles, or emotional ups and downs that leave you feeling worried and unsure how to help. Whether you’re reaching out for yourself or your child, it often starts with the sense that something isn’t working and it’s time for support.

Schedule now through my website in my bio! Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself” (Rumi). As a trauma survivor on a personal healing journey, I learned how to help others simultaneously. Healing was hard work, but finding the right therapist was a huge piece of the puzzle. Traditional therapy fails so many trauma survivors. I aim to go beyond talk therapy to find the right modality for each unique client. It is a passion of mine to work with clients who face problems of trauma, stress, coping with depression, and anxiety such as military veterans, and survivors of abuse.

As a somatic therapist, I help teens and adults connect to themselves through body-centered techniques that bring awareness of inner sensations. My work centers on some of life's most profound challenges: identity, grief, life transitions, crisis, and trauma.
I believe that one of the greatest threats to humanity is disconnection – from our bodies, our intuition, one another, and the world around us. That’s why my work is rooted in guiding others through the process of reconnection, supporting the holistic well-being of the mind, body and spirit.
