We all need someone, sometime and for some reason. Looking for a therapist can be overwhelming at times and it may also provide a sense of ease since you are taking the first step in making the changes you want to see in your life. Struggling with grief, anxiety, depression, stress, relational issues, or experiencing illness within the family, I want you to know I am here to support you. In our work together we will explore the obstacles, challenges, and triumphs in your life and learn how they inform who you are today. Then, focus on your strengths as a foundation for growth using mindfulness to build a toolkit for transformation.

My ideal clients are people who look like they’re managing on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally worn down inside. They often come to therapy because of grief, burnout, relationship struggles, or the sense that something in their life no longer feels sustainable. I help them move forward by offering a warm, supportive space where they can slow down, gain clarity about their patterns, reconnect with themselves and the people they love, and make meaningful changes that help them feel more grounded, steady, and aligned.

I work great with clients who are seeking someone down to earth, authentic, and who want to be pushed to grow. Every person has the capacity to heal and reclaim their most authentic selves. This includes my passion for working with LGBTQ+ folks. This work is ideal for folks who want to build a deep understanding of how they are impacted by their traumas (and we all have them in some way) and the lasting impacts they can leave - including mental health concerns, substance use, and identity-based stress. This work can allow you to know yourself deeply and be more in control of how you want to respond, rather than react, to life.

Let's face it, things suck right now - and not just a little, but a lot. Finding the right fit for your therapist should not be difficult. I'm here to simplify things. The most important part of successful therapy is having a strong connection with your counselor. It's science. So, here's a little bit about me. I like dad jokes. I dig art and all things creative. I collect tattoos. I love house music and was a club DJ in my younger days. I know the spiritual void. I understand stress/anxiety (I'm also an attorney), divorce (been there, done that, got the t-shirts), parenting, and existential angst.

Many people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and outwardly successful, yet feel stalled in relationships, work, or a sense of direction. You may keep repeating the same conflicts, choices, or emotional loops—often tied to shame, perfectionism, fear of rejection, or avoidance—despite effort and self-awareness. LGBTQ individuals and couples, and working professionals in Denver, often come in wanting more than coping: clarity, traction, and lasting change in intimacy, identity, and purpose. You might look fine on paper, but privately feel disconnected from desire, authenticity, or meaning—and tired of managing it alone.

CG Jung Institute of New York - Completed three years of Jungian Analyst Training.
I'm a licensed psychotherapist, and for nearly a decade I've been studying psychology, psychotherapy, and the place where both meet spirituality. I believe therapy is one of the first steps in finding your way back home — because it's only when you're at home within yourself that you begin to feel at home in the world. My work creates a safe container — a "temenos" — where you can slow down enough to notice the feelings, images, and sensations that arise, and begin to understand, symbolically, the patterns that have kept you from your own true self. If something in this has spoken to you, I invite you to reach out.

My approach to therapy is diverse and tailored to each person's uniqueness–I utilize a variety of perspectives, including mindfulness, somatic experiencing, breathwork, internal family systems, and Jungian psychology.
As we travel along in life, emotional pain and trauma often cause us to fracture and lose touch with ourselves, leaving us scrambling to pick up the pieces–but the good news is we don’t have to go it alone. In a world full of distraction and overstimulation, it is an act of rebellion to slow down, look within, and feel. I see myself as a guide and co-pilot to support you in exploring your emotional landscape and navigating the ever-evolving journey of self-discovery. I’ve had the honor of helping clients work through anxiety, depression, complex trauma, PTSD, addiction, terminal illness, men’s issues, and relationship troubles.

I work with eating disorders, OCD, grief, anxiety, life transitions, teens and adolescents, men's issues, and relationship issues, supporting adolescents (10–12), teens, adults, and couples. We all seek happiness, purpose, meaning, and connection, yet many struggle to believe we deserve them; fear of rejection can lead us to hide parts of ourselves and feel unseen. In our work together, we’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, and past experiences that may be holding you back from building the relationships and future you desire.

Do you feel disconnected from your inner voice, emotions, or body? Maybe you feel stuck, wheels spinning, life muted, the same patterns repeating no matter what you try. I work with adults who are ready to heal from trauma, break free of old cycles, and learn to trust both life and their inner compass. If you're a deep thinker, a creative, or someone who feels things intensely and senses more than you can always explain, you're exactly who I work with. Together, with warmth, humor, and deep empathy, we'll explore the roots of what you're experiencing and reconnect you with your inner wisdom, authenticity, and joy.

Or are you ready to gently, bravely dive in to heal emotional & behavioral patterns w/ supported psychedelic medicine work, creative arts therapy, or mind-body therapy w/ a seasoned, nurturing therapist?

You long to feel connected—to yourself, to others, maybe even to something greater. But life feels disjointed, and it’s hard to find connection without losing yourself along the way. You may be carrying the weight of trauma, feeling betrayed by your body, or yearning for deeper meaning, clarity, and purpose. Whether you're uncovering childhood wounds, navigating your relationship with your body, or resisting the pressure to be everything to everyone, you're craving space to discover and integrate new insights about yourself. You want healing that’s rooted in restoring your integrity and that feels both liberating and rooted.

Jungian Therapists
How does Jungian therapy work?
Jungian therapy, also called analytical psychology, focuses on a patient’s inner experiences and unconscious mind. Exploring a person’s unconscious mind can be achieved through several means, including the analysis of memories and dreams, and through physical exercises, such as art, dance, and word association.

How long does Jungian therapy last?
Jungian therapy is an intensive treatment type. Because its goal is to understand a person as a whole, including the unconscious aspects of them, treatment can range from months to years. Since patients learn the theory behind Jungian therapy during treatment, they can also practice its tenets throughout life after therapy sessions have completed.

Is Jungian therapy effective?
According to studies, many patients find success with Jungian therapy, and the century-old treatment has a devoted following. Researchers note that the therapy is particularly useful in improving relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. Improvements in problem areas seem to continue even after the end of Jungian therapy, as people are able to continue working on themselves using the tools they’ve learned during the treatment.

Is Jungian therapy evidence-based?
Jungian therapy is theory-based, derived from the theories of Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist often called one of the fathers of psychology, along with Sigmund Freud. Jung developed his theories from observing the problems of patients, and developed many theories of how the mind works. Subsequent psychological research has determined that Jungian therapy can lead to significant improvement in most patients.
