I have a solution-focused and holistic approach to the therapeutic process that incorporates physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects. My goal in working with clients is for them to feel understood and accepted while they become empowered to change and shift into a healthier approach to themselves and the world.
I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues including personal growth, depression, grief, unresolved childhood issues, stress management, life transitions, relationship troubles, and family concerns. I love working with various clients including tweens, teens, young adult, women, and parenting issues.
