I am a passionate and empathetic licensed clinical social worker (therapist), specializing in working with children, adolescents, teens, young adults, and their families. With over five years of experience in the field working with all ages from K-12 and beyond, as well as family systems of all kinds, I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and families. I’m here to empower you in increasing self-awareness, improving your ability to truly feel and release emotions, and learning how to attune to both yourself and others. I meet each person with an open and nonjudgmental presence while blending together different modalities including emotionally focused therapy (EFT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and the brain-body relational therapy of brainspotting (BSP). Meggan Grant is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) who earned her Master’s Degree in Art Therapy with an emphasis in Counseling from Mount Mary University. Her core values stem from the philosophy that the creative process can develop a deeper understanding of self, aiding in connection, healing and transformation. Meggan has years of experience working with adolescents, adults and families, joining with clients to provide integrative and effective care, being mindful of keeping the client at the center of treatment.

I am dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey towards holistic healing and self-discovery. With a passion for the mind-body connection, I specialize in assisting clients explore and transform their experiences through embodied practices. By fostering greater awareness of bodily sensations, emotions, and patterns, I help individuals access their existing capacity for healing and transformation. I integrate a blend of psychotherapeutic, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

If you're feeling some type of way about yourself, others and/or your current circumstance(s), I hear you! I love laughing with my clients just as much as I enjoy sitting in the difficult, dark and hurtful places. Some of my areas of specialty include eating disorders, active duty military/veterans, substance use/abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety and first responders.

I was trained as a generalist and treat a wide variety of presenting concerns, including depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I have specialized in the treatment of trauma-related disorders, sexual functioning, and psychedelic-assisted therapy. In treating trauma, I am trained in several research-based treatments, such as EMDR, CPT, and more. I also provide sex therapy services to address common issues, such as desire discrepancy and sexual shame and can integrate these specialties to address sexuality post-trauma. At this time I can also offer integration services following ketamine treatments or personal use of psychedelics.
