My goal is to provide you with a safe, emotional space where you will feel comfortable, relaxed and know that you are being heard. I want you to be able to express yourself freely without any fear of judgement. Healing takes place when you are able to be open, honest and vulnerable. You may feel stuck, overwhelmed, grieving, or carrying experiences that still live in your body long after they happened. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, sensitive, and deeply aware of the world around them, yet unsure how to move forward or find relief. You might be navigating loss, trauma, or relationship dynamics that feel hard to make sense of, moving through a major life transition, or simply wanting a deeper understanding of yourself—and seeking not just symptom relief, but insight, growth, and a steadier sense of yourself.

“I can’t quiet my thoughts, no matter how small the worry.” “I feel stuck and hollow, like things will never improve.” “My past keeps replaying, and it’s holding me back.” I see you as a whole person—not just the challenges you face. Anxiety, depression, and trauma may feel overwhelming, but they don’t have to define your future. Healing is possible, and change can bring hope and new beginnings.

I'm here to remind you that our wounds are often the openings into the best and most beautiful parts of us. My approach is totally tailored to you. It is as unique as you are. It is non-judgmental in nature, and I will meet you where you are and will go to a pace that is comfortable for you. I'm interested in honoring your past and how it affects your present using art as a tool to express yourself. Art not only invokes emotions, but it will help you express feelings and events that might be too difficult to share with words. Art is a universal language. There is no right or wrong when it comes to art making.

My therapy is warm, light, and above all else, curious! Good questions are powerful. They can create a space for you to be fully seen, uncover a new strength in you or your relationship(s), and create openings so that what matters most has room to take root. Life can be challenging, (like, really challenging) and sometimes overwhelmingly so. The things we face might tell you that you aren't up to the task, or even lead you into thinking you aren't worthy… But they’re wrong. The life you want is yours to create, embrace, and enter into. And a good question can remind you that you don’t have to do it alone.

The Children’s Trauma Center (CTC) provides comprehensive trauma treatment for children ages 0-19. We use evidence based trauma treatment that has proven results. We also believe that imbalances in nutrition, movement, sleep, and connection with others, can have an impact on a child’s quality of life and ability to fully participate in effective trauma treatment. At CTC, we attend not only to the trauma treatment, but also to the child's overall health by providing therapeutic "whole health" activities in our indoor garden, kitchen and outdoor space. We work closely with parents and caretakers to promote best outcomes.

We were told a lie. Go to college, get a job, get married, buy a house, have babies, and you'll be successful. I say BS. Adulthood is way more confusing than that. None of us were taught how to find affordable places to live when there are none, navigate global disasters/pandemics, how to date/make friends post school years, deal with neurodiversity or mood disorders, self-care in the face of constant existential dread, or deal with a horrifying career climate. We feel lost. The good news is nobody knows what they're doing so we're all in this together. There is no judging allowed!

My ideal client is someone who has felt unheard, overlooked, or minimized—someone whose voice has been disempowered by family dynamics, relationships, or past experiences. They often come to therapy feeling disconnected from their emotions or unsure how to express them in healthy ways. Their goal is to grow, to reclaim their sense of control, and to discover that the catalyst for change already exists within them. They’re motivated by a quiet inner desire for something better: more self-understanding.

You hold it all together, until you can’t. Maybe spirals of anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or shame are weighing on you. Your mind may feel hijacked by OCD and intrusive thoughts. Or perhaps you’ve reached a point where your body is saying “enough,” with overwhelm, shutdown, or a sense of disconnection you can’t quite name. You’re not broken. Your distress makes sense. Healing is possible. I support adults navigating anxiety, OCD, and the lingering echoes of childhood trauma - helping you move out of survival and into your authentic self.

I accept private pay clients and Colorado Medicaid plans (all of the RAEs: Colorado Access, Northeast Health Partners, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, and Community Health Alliance).
Weary from the relentless pace of modern life? Feeling disconnected from loved ones or yourself? Struggling to find your place, purpose, or passion?
I work with clients to help them develop self-understanding and acceptance, strengthen their relationships, and align their behavior with their values. In a fast-paced, overstimulating world, it can be challenging to articulate our own wants, needs, goals, and dreams. It can be hard to develop deep and meaningful relationships. I aim to hold space for clients to become who they want to be, personally, in relationships, and out in the world.
