My role and purpose is to help people find their freedom in order to find deep meaning in life and to love freely. The people I see often feel diminished and beaten down by many things including substance use disorders, shame put upon them by others, early childhood trauma and the grief associated with living. In my practice I help people learn skills and ways to cope with their individual issues so that they are able to live with the pain and not in it. I work with many modalities of treatment including Rapid Resolution Therapy used to treat trauma. I provide Acudetox to all my clients at every session for no additional fee.

My journey started in Dubuque, Iowa where I went to Clarke University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I completed by Master of Arts in Counseling at Colorado Christian University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor. I am passionate about working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, anger, substance abuse, relationships, and trauma. Sara is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate at Higher Sights. Originally from Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, Sara earned her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Ferris State University in Michigan and worked as a pharmacist for many years. After taking time off professionally to raise her 4 children, Sara earned a Master of Arts in Counseling degree from Colorado Christian University. Sara has a passion for helping people to make changes that benefit them both physically and emotionally, as these experiences are often connected yet overlooked in traditional medicine.

I've been in the addictions / mental health (dual diagnosis) field for over 20 years in Colorado, and have been ‘clean’ 27 years (as of 9/1/93). I sincerely believe in clients' ability to make enduring change, after they have learned to identify and accept what's not working in their lives. I'm a very accessible and active therapist, and I offer specialized groups to meet clients' needs. Groups occur Monday through Saturday, depending on group assignment. Individual sessions are often a part of effective treatment planning, in addition to, or instead of, group format. Reasonable pricing.

Currently, she is enrolled in the Certification for Sex Therapy program at Sexual Health Alliance based in Denver, Colorado. Kayla specializes in sex therapy, using a nonjudgmental, sex-positive approach to address sex and sexuality-related issues for couples, individuals, and people of all genders

Sarah earned her master’s degree in mental health counseling with a specialization in art therapy from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Originally from Austin, Texas, she has a deep appreciation for art, music, and all other modalities of expression. Sarah works to provide a welcoming space for adolescents, adults, couples, and families with a client-centered approach to ensure you are receiving the kind of care you desire.

During her time in Colorado she completed her bachelor's and master's degree in psychology, completed an addiction counseling program, and earned her trauma professional certification. Katie is currently finishing her second master's degree at Northcentral University in Marriage and Family Therapy. Katie sees adolescents 13 years old-Adults age 65. Katie specializes in addiction and trauma and working with individuals, couples, and families to seek greater health and wellbeing.
