I believe in people. We are resilient. With understanding and support, we can heal, change, and grow. My core values are connection and compassion, and I believe that healing happens when we connect with others who see us in our wholeness and listen with an open heart.
I feel honored to hold space for clients during vulnerable and heavy experiences, to respond reflectively and empathetically, and to witness my clients discover their strength. Using a trauma-responsive approach, I integrate relational and experiential therapies to create a supportive space for clients to explore emotions and build resilience.

Life can feel heavy, but you don’t have to carry it alone. I strive to offer a space where your story is respected and your struggles are met with care and understanding.

Schedule now through my website in my bio! You may feel like you keep finding yourself on the same path, no matter how many times you walk off. You may feel like everything inside is a knotted ball of yarn, mixed up and hard to follow. Or maybe you feel like you've run out of ideas on how to change or what to do. It's lonely, confusing, and frustrating to be in this position, like stumbling through a forest with no sun (or mountains!) to tell you which direction you're headed.
