As a lead therapist at BLND Health and nurse, I specialize in trauma/complex PTSD, domestic violence, anxiety/depression, personality disorders, interpersonal relationship conflict, healthcare professionals, and overall health and wellness. I also offer clinical supervision to limited licensed practitioners entering the field and formal consultation.
BLND Health is an integrative mental health and wellness group, offering an off-the-couch approach. We choose to collaborate with the client, be accessible with text/email support in between sessions, and take the whole person into consideration.
