I work with teens 16+ and adults in Colorado and Ohio who are navigating identity, anxiety, burnout, or meaningful life transitions.
I take a different approach to therapy. I listen closely to your story and the systems shaping your experience, identifying where things feel stuck. From there, we work to create movement using strategies tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based tools when helpful, but the work is built around you, not a one-size-fits-all model.

Persons of color, LGBTQAI, adolescents, adults.
Feeling lost, discontent, confused? Tumultuous times necessitate change. Sometimes we find ourselves isolated; a ghost of who we were, haunted by a sadness deep in the soul, needing a guide to help find our inner light to feel connected, in balance, more at peace in a tumultuous time when things are too loud. I assist clients in finding renewed balance, hope, awareness so that one feels actualized and inspired to live life to its fullest. Carpe Diem! If you feel as if you are carrying the burden in silence, perhaps it is time to give a voice, illuminate the darkness and gently begin to heal.

You’re tired of your own patterns. People-pleasing, overthinking, self-doubt. Knowing exactly what’s wrong but feeling stuck anyway. Insights from years of therapy hasn't translated into change. You’re ready for something deeper than talking about the problem. You’re curious about psilocybin therapy and expanded states of consciousness as a path to deeper healing, emotional release, and reconnecting with the part of you that knows who you truly are.

I've spent over 10 years helping adults across Colorado connect with themselves and deepen their relationships.
Life looks different than it used to. Big transitions: parenthood, relationship shifts, and grief can shake your sense of self. Moments of joy and connection can quickly turn to overwhelm, tension, or self-doubt. The inner voice grows louder, filled with criticism and fear. In relationships, the same arguments may play on repeat, leaving everyone feeling unseen and misunderstood. Intimacy might feel distant, or connection may have taken a backseat to daily survival. Whether navigating these shifts alone or with a partner, the longing to feel present, emotionally steady, and deeply understood is real.

I believe that we all need help and support in our lives, especially in times of crisis and change. We all have capacity and resiliency already present in our life, but sometimes we may need someone else to witness and help support us during times of grief and loss, change of identity, or interpersonal pain and relationship difficulties. I think that creating goals of changing the way that our thoughts and beliefs influence our feelings, being able to feel what we are going through with another person present, and setting concrete goals with our behavior can help when seeking therapy. This is what we can do together.

You may notice patterns of procrastination, perfectionism, or self-doubt that keep you stuck. Even when things are going “fine,” it doesn’t always feel that way inside. I can help you feel more calm, focused, and confident in your daily life.

I work with children, adolescents and adults.
I am an Arizona native, that has called Colorado home for the past sixteen years. My interest in psychology began at the age of ten with active curiosity about how our experiences and genetics shape us. From there, my passion only grew.

My ideal clients are independent, driven women who feel disconnected from their true selves. They are successful but experience burnout, dissatisfaction, and unfulfilled potential due to patterns that don’t align with their values. These women often feel like they’re wearing a mask in different situations—at work and in relationships. They seek clarity, support, and guidance to reconnect with their authentic selves, break free from old patterns, and create a life aligned with their true desires and values.
I also work with youth struggling with ADHD or anxiety, helping them build coping skills, confidence, and healthy relationships.
