I work with teenagers and adults suffering from anxiety, ADHD, Neurodiversity, and mild depression, and support parents.
I firmly believe that the first step is to recognize my client's strengths, allowing us to leverage their talents and overcome the challenges they face. I use different tools like talking therapy, somatic therapy, play therapy, and art therapy. My approach involved a lot of self-reflection and some work at home between sessions.

You’re ready for help-but it’s hard to know where to start or who to choose. Something isn’t working, and you want relief, but figuring out the right kind of support can feel overwhelming. You may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, or patterns that keep repeating. You want to feel better, steadier, and more like yourself-but you’re not sure what will actually make a difference.

Hi! My name is Anya. With a slogan like "Dang Good Therapy For a Damn Good Life"- you know it's gotta be good! My clients are ready for big shifts in their lives. They are motivated to take action and make change. They want more from a therapist than someone who simply nods, repeats back and parrots what you said. Whether you're a preteen, teenager or adult, you might be new to therapy, or maybe you have tried it before.
I offer a "whole-person" approach. With over 5 years of experience in mental health and a background in yoga - I combine talk therapy with body-based (Somatic) techniques and parts work (Internal Family Systems). I will help you build a practical toolkit for daily life, often involving family members to ensure you have support at home.

You’re tired of your own patterns. People-pleasing, overthinking, self-doubt. Knowing exactly what’s wrong but feeling stuck anyway. Insights from years of therapy hasn't translated into change. You’re ready for something deeper than talking about the problem. You’re curious about psilocybin therapy and expanded states of consciousness as a path to deeper healing, emotional release, and reconnecting with the part of you that knows who you truly are.

WELCOME! I ENJOY WORKING WITH INDIVIDUALS who are motivated to learn about themselves and their relationships~to their partner, family, work, creative endeavors and/or physical health. CLIENTS report that they appreciate my humor, compassion and interactive style. TOGETHER, we explore how specific patterns may be at the root of emotional, interpersonal and/or physical challenges. TO BRIDGE THE GAP that often occurs between insight and transformative change, I draw from my background in the MEDICAL FIELD, as well as from NEURO("BRAIN")SCIENCE, MINDFULNESS PRACTICES and current research regarding the intricate RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH.

Have you experienced trauma, stress or loss in your life? Most likely the answer is yes, we all have a different tolerance for the things life throws at us. Everyday adversities can add up over our lifetime. Unfortunately, we live in a society that too often has a "forget about it and move on" attitude. I want to help you slow down and really look at how your life journey has impacted your overall mental health. My goal is to create a safe place for you or your child to begin understanding how these stressors are impacting your life. I want to normalize the importance of self awareness, communication and self love.

I work with children, adolescents, families, and young adults, helping them navigate a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, trauma, sexual abuse, and difficulties related to transitioning into adulthood, parenthood, divorce, and adoption.
I find great fulfillment in helping others. It’s deeply satisfying to guide clients as they confront challenges, set meaningful goals, and collaborate with them to achieve those goals. I’m genuinely fascinated by each of my clients' unique stories—learning about their backgrounds, family dynamics, experiences, relationships, and, of course, their obstacles.

I work with adults—individuals, couples, and parents—to explore how early attachment and trauma shape reactions and relationships.
Are you feeling stuck, uncertain, or disconnected from yourself or others? You may be exploring questions around identity, gender, sexuality, intimacy, or sex, or noticing that life transitions—like becoming a parent—are bringing old wounds to the surface. I work with people who want to grow and are open to moving through discomfort to live more honestly. I offer empathy and support while also challenging patterns that no longer serve you. Our work is active and collaborative, helping you build self-trust, clarity, and more meaningful ways of relating to yourself and others.

It’s been an hour but you can’t stop the thoughts from cycling over and over in your head. You know they don’t make sense and don’t align with who you really are, or do they? You check, reassure yourself, avoid, seek answers, and for a moment it works. Until it doesn’t. OCD and anxiety are tricky because they target the things you care about the most and no matter how hard you try, you can’t logic your way out of it. You’re exhausted and lonely because no one around you seems to know what it’s like to be trapped in the dark forest of your mind.

No one wants to yell at the kids, husbands/wives, friends. Are you afraid of your drinking or drug use? Are you afraid you will hurt yourself or someone else?
