Therapy with me is built on a foundation that is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming, drawing from ACT, Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, and psychedelic therapy to meet you where you are.
My work centers on the places where identity, healing, and human connection intersect. Specializing in trauma, self, and relationship issues, I welcome patients across a wide range of experiences, including those navigating BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ identities, neurodivergence, PTSD, and intergenerational trauma. As a queer, non-binary Jewish person of color, I understand firsthand what it means to navigate the world with intersecting marginalized identities. That lived experience deepens my commitment to creating a space that is genuinely safe, inclusive, and affirming for people from all walks of life.

Life presents us with numerous situations, some seemingly minor, others revealing themselves as significant issues later on. When people start to struggle with anxiety, depression, physical symptoms, stress responses, or difficulty managing emotions, they may realize it's time for a change. I desire to help people as they encounter this desire for change.

Together we’ll shift the deep beliefs & nervous system patterns driving your cycles using EMDR, IFS, Brainspotting & intensives.
You’re the cycle-breaker—you’ve done the work, grown, & built a life you’re proud of. But when it comes to relationships, something still isn’t clicking. You’re self-aware, intentional, & know how powerful your thoughts & habits are. You have moments where you feel hopeful & on track, but somehow find yourself repeating patterns that don't reflect who you are. I work with women across CA & CO who feel stuck in this cycle—repeating the same dynamics, overthinking, or wondering why nothing is really happening at all & starting to question themselves in the process. You know something deeper needs to change, but you don’t yet know how.

As an eclectic therapist, I individualize treatment using CBT, EFT, ACT, TF-CBT and Brainspotting to address past trauma, anxiety, depressions, and relationship struggles for individuals and couples.
You may be seeking support due to past experiences—including trauma such as sexual trauma, difficult relationships, or emotional wounds—that continue to shape how you relate to yourself and others. These experiences can affect attachment patterns, influencing trust, closeness, communication, boundaries, and emotional safety. You might notice overwhelm, disconnection, or recurring patterns in relationships. I offer a supportive space for individuals and couples to explore these experiences, understand attachment dynamics, and build greater security, regulation, and self-compassion.

We don’t believe people are broken. But we also don’t believe that “fine” is the ceiling of their potential. We believe therapy is part of the ongoing work of being human. Being human is the hardest thing any of us will ever do and while there is no universal map or linear path, billions of people have walked this terrain before and their collective wisdom across multiple dimensions is essential to framing our understanding of ourselves and each other.

With training in Mindfulness-based Transpersonal Counseling, RYT-200 yoga teaching, trauma processing frameworks (such as Somatic Experiencing and Brainspotting), and Enneagram coaching, I offer a wealth of tools to draw from.
I'm a specialized therapist who works primarily with neurodivergence, specifically ADHD, OCD, autism & borderline spectrums, and chronic depression, anxiety, & bipolar disorders. I also have expertise in complex trauma issues, often stemming from narcissistic family systems or relationship abuse. Many of my clients possess an excellent or above-average capacity for self-reflection and introspection. However, they feel their heightened self-awareness can sometimes backfire, magnifying feelings of powerlessness and frustration when they find themselves stuck in repetitive patterns and unable to make desired changes in their behaviors.

My clients like having a blend of traditional talk therapy with other modalities such as Brainspotting or EMDR to get to the deeper levels of healing.
You want to feel like you have it all together, but the truth is that deep down you worry that you aren’t good enough- as a mom, a partner, in your career or all the many other roles you play as a woman. You’re sick of feeling overwhelmed and irritable, like you are barely holding it together. You might not even remember the last time you didn’t feel this way. But one thing is for sure: you are ready for some relief. You’re ready to deal with the chaos and junk that is holding you back. You’re ready to reclaim yourself and harness your strengths. You’re ready to find peace and joy in motherhood again. It's time to take care of you!

Brainspotting Therapists
How does brainspotting work?
Brainspotting works by using eye positioning to identify and process traumatic memories so that a client is better able to move forward and live with less fear. The theory behind brainspotting is that by identifying where a person looks when thinking of traumatic memories, a therapist will be able to guide them to focus on that spot and work with the client to get them out of the “fight, flight, freeze” response associated with the traumatic memory.

Is brainspotting an evidence-based therapy?
Brainspotting is a theory-based alternative therapy. It is one of the newest forms of treatment, so very little research has been completed that examines the mechanism by which it works. The theory behind brainspotting is that eye position can be linked to areas of the brain that store and process memory.

How effective is brainspotting?
Because it is such a new treatment, the effectiveness of brainspotting cannot be quantified. Some people have found it to be effective on its own, or in conjunction with other types of therapy. It is considered an alternative therapy, and it is popular with people for whom more traditional therapies have proven ineffective.

How long does brainspotting take to work?
A typical brainspotting session will last between 60 to 90 minutes. There is no required number of sessions needed to complete brainspotting therapy, but in many cases it is delivered over the course of about six sessions. Clients are encouraged to rate their level of distress prior to a session and again following a session, and to track progress.
