I work with clients going through challenging transitions including changes in career, a breakup/divorce, health issues/disease, and psychedelic Integration. Walking through this journey is essential and I am here to guide you along your sacred journey using rituals and heartfelt connection. In addition, I work with anxiety and depression and guide clients to uncover the wisdom in their diagnosis. Clients working with me are seeking support, trust, connection, safety, and purpose. You are not stuck or broken, you are simply needing support and safety before taking the next steps forward. I am here for you when you are ready.

Heal from the pain of the past, to live the life you long for- Sometimes adverse experiences of life resurface in the form of depression, anxiety, stress, and unhealthy coping strategies. We push down traumatic events and assaults on our true self as way to survive. This strategy only works for so long until the pain resurfaces, and we are faced with the choice of leaning into the healing, or diving deeper into avoidance. Summer Openings! I am here to walk you through all life throws at you. I love working with adolescents and helping them connect the dots about their emotions and experiences (summer is a great time for teens to do counseling in an unhurried way), women trying to break cycles of self-doubt & those trying to change how the past impacts now. I have a holistic approach with dietary interventions, aroma therapy, body movement & neuroscience to support emotional and mental health in a warm and courageous environment.

We are specialists in attachment, relationships, somatic therapy, and trauma resolution. Healing is possible! We offer sessions virtually and a limited number of in person sessions. By integrating body-mind work in a therapy session those with chronic overwhelm, anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, and relational triggers are able to find resolve, heal, and live in a deeper state of freedom & calm. Our attention to the whole person is an expression of our deep need for connection with all the parts of ourselves & connection with others.

Hello- As of 9/1/2021 I'm unable to accept new clients. I'm seeing clients both in office and virtually. I'm a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in relationship issues, couples therapy, depression, young adults, men's issues, and parenting issues. My work with individuals and couples focuses on recognizing unhelpful patterns and improving communication, self esteem, and life functioning. I'll work collaboratively with you to create a therapy plan unique to your needs and we'll probably share some laughs along the way!

I am an LMFT with over 17 years experience as a licensed professional and 21 years in the field. I treat individuals from adolescence to adulthood and specialize in couples work, individual work on relationships, depression, anxiety, family of origin wounds, attachment wounds, career discontent, and emotion intelligence work. I love working with individuals and couples who are ready to grow, build insight, and deepen their ability to connect with others and their own internal process. In my experience, this work is what leads to authentic and meaningful living.
