As a Jungian oriented psychologist I focus on helping adolescents, adults, and seniors resolve the underlying causes of their emotional distress, improve coping and communication skills, reduce or discontinue psychotropic medication, and connect to their true selves and a deeper sense of meaning.
Do you feel a loss of identity, purpose, sense of self, or interest in life? Are you dissatisfied with your goals, your job, or your relationships? Do you struggle with sadness, anxiety, disturbing thoughts, hallucinations, or self destructive behavior? Have you experienced a trauma that has shattered your sense of the world? Just as physical pain indicates that something may be wrong with our bodies, psychological problems tell us that we are suffering on a deep, emotional level. Anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and other symptoms are signs that we are experiencing psychological pain for some underlying reason.

I work with couples, young adults, adults, and older adults, who are navigating high-functioning anxiety, chronic pain, trauma, grief, relationship distress, inter generational-trauma, and major life transitions. I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in patterns that haven’t shifted despite years of insight or traditional therapy. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware but continue to find themselves caught in cycles of anxiety, disconnection, or relationship conflict.

Not Accepting Insurance At This Time - You don't have to keep carrying this alone. Maybe you're struggling with compulsive sexual behaviors or addiction that's left you feeling trapped in shame and secrecy. Maybe you're healing from betrayal trauma and don't know how to trust yourself, or anyone else. Or perhaps anxiety, depression, or patterns from your past keep pulling you back into the same painful cycles. The wounds we carry shape how we see ourselves, how we show up in relationships, and how we move through the world. But here's what I know after over many years of doing this work: healing is possible.

Drawing from Western counseling psychology, Jungian depth work, Eastern wisdom traditions, and a design-minded sensitivity to environment and rhythm, I offer remote therapy and nature-based ecotherapy to help you reconnect with peace of mind, your truer nature, and a more purposeful life.
Therapy can help metabolize psychological dis-ease: the felt sense that something in life is misaligned, unresolved, or asking to change. In a safe, collaborative space, we can address mood, motivation, anxiety, life direction, relationship patterns, addictive loops, and self-defeating behaviors while restoring clarity, agency, and deeper self-trust.

Are you feeling stuck in life, even though objectively things are pretty good? Do you spend more time than you would like to admit overthinking, looping, and spiraling about all of life's uncertainties? Do you feel like things aren’t “bad enough” for therapy, yet you are navigating big life transitions and want a thoughtful space to explore what these changes mean for you? Whether professional or personal, big or small, life transitions tend to stir up deeper questions of identity, purpose, and belonging. I'm passionate about helping people thrive in the two areas that shape their lives most: career & relationships.

I'm a specialized therapist who works primarily with neurodivergence, specifically ADHD, OCD, autism & borderline spectrums, and chronic depression, anxiety, & bipolar disorders. I also have expertise in complex trauma issues, often stemming from narcissistic family systems or relationship abuse. Many of my clients possess an excellent or above-average capacity for self-reflection and introspection. However, they feel their heightened self-awareness can sometimes backfire, magnifying feelings of powerlessness and frustration when they find themselves stuck in repetitive patterns and unable to make desired changes in their behaviors.

Creating connection in this isolated world of post-COVID, connection with each another, connection with your inner-self, inner healer, authentic self and the world at large is healing. Using practices of Mindfulness awareness with techniques to sooth the polyvagal nervous system, cognitive processing of the thought, feeling, behavior triangle (CBT), and IFS parts exploration, I work holistically in the areas of mind, body and spirit for the client to thrive. With an MA in Art Therapy, I've also trained in working with various natural medicines regulated in Colorado though the latter not covered by insurance through Headway.

Jungian Therapists
How does Jungian therapy work?
Jungian therapy, also called analytical psychology, focuses on a patient’s inner experiences and unconscious mind. Exploring a person’s unconscious mind can be achieved through several means, including the analysis of memories and dreams, and through physical exercises, such as art, dance, and word association.

How long does Jungian therapy last?
Jungian therapy is an intensive treatment type. Because its goal is to understand a person as a whole, including the unconscious aspects of them, treatment can range from months to years. Since patients learn the theory behind Jungian therapy during treatment, they can also practice its tenets throughout life after therapy sessions have completed.

Is Jungian therapy effective?
According to studies, many patients find success with Jungian therapy, and the century-old treatment has a devoted following. Researchers note that the therapy is particularly useful in improving relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. Improvements in problem areas seem to continue even after the end of Jungian therapy, as people are able to continue working on themselves using the tools they’ve learned during the treatment.

Is Jungian therapy evidence-based?
Jungian therapy is theory-based, derived from the theories of Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist often called one of the fathers of psychology, along with Sigmund Freud. Jung developed his theories from observing the problems of patients, and developed many theories of how the mind works. Subsequent psychological research has determined that Jungian therapy can lead to significant improvement in most patients.
