I practice a body-based, relational psychotherapy and incorporate somatic interventions which can uncover and heal dissociated experiences that are often the seeds to adult mental and physical suffering. Together, we will navigate the journey of discovering your inner wisdom and removing barriers to living authentically.

How would you feel if you no longer need to doom scroll or leave the TV on until you fall asleep to distract from dread and depression? So many of us run from feelings that threaten to overwhelm us. Feelings like shame, sadness, anger, and fear that often accompany memories of when we were overwhelmed and beaten down. Now these feelings leek into our everyday lives, keep us up late with worry and sadness, make us untrusting of others. We're left not knowing if we can ever truly feel safe or happy again. Yet something inside you knows that on the other side of fear, pain and shame is freedom, joy, and wonder.
