The past two years of isolation, loss, political unrest and global uncertainty have taken a toll on our individual and collective mental health. I offer individual therapy sessions which utilize a variety of healing approaches including: EMDR, CBT, IFS , EFT and DBT. I have completed advanced training in EMDR and am a Certified EMDR therapist.
