Hello! My name is Laura Molzer, and I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I am knowledgeable on how trauma affects the brain, and thus, have a strong understanding of why people behave in the ways that they do. I use a centered, non-judgmental approach and will accept you for where you are, at this point in your life.
Neurofeedback allows for the brain to become aware of itself and how it is functioning. Once the brain realizes that it is not performing at an optimal level, it quickly adjusts, creating a calmer nervous system. This allows a person to have relief from their physical and emotional symptoms.
