Each of us is born with an innate wisdom, a true nature that exists before the world begins to shape us. Over time, through conditioning, confusion, and the accumulated weight of difficult experiences, that essential self becomes obscured. Much of what we call suffering is the distance between who we have become and who we actually are. My work is oriented around helping clients close that distance. As you become reacquainted with your true nature, the past begins to make sense in ways it couldn't before, and your choices and actions begin to flow from a place more centered and more genuinely your own.

I work with kids, teens, adults, and families who are navigating ADHD, anxiety, trauma, family dynamic struggles, OCD, grief, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling alone, misunderstood, or weighed down by struggles they’ve carried for a long time. Some are managing severe mental health challenges and just need someone to truly hear them. My style is calm, collaborative, and compassionate. I focus on creating a space where you feel seen, safe, and supported, so you can start building clarity, confidence, and the tools you need to heal at your own pace.

You’re no stranger to hard work and accomplishments but something still feels off. You find yourself replaying conversations and situations and how you responded, feeling upset that you didn’t just say what you really wanted to. It’s exhausting having to constantly read the room and adjust yourself to others’ expectations especially when you want something different for yourself. A part of you knows you’re ready to feel more self-assured, emotionally regulated, and respond in ways that feel more right inside. Most of all you’re ready to stop walking that tightrope and feel more spacious and steady. I want to help you get there.

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or life transitions and unsure how to move forward? Many people appear to be managing everything on the outside while internally feeling exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that are hard to change. You may be navigating relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, neurodivergence, or past experiences that still impact your present life. Therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, and develop tools to better understand your emotions, strengthen relationships, and feel more grounded and in control of your life.

I am an evidence based clinician that prioritizes patient education to empower my clients to work toward treatment goals. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings and I strongly believe that a good foundation to therapy starts with a strong therapeutic alliance with a therapist. I value rapport building and taking the time to learn my clients.

All humans seek happiness and answers to the most personal and vexing questions of self-knowledge, happiness, love, the right way to live, and satisfying, meaningful relationships and work. At the heart of these quests lie enduring philosophical questions. As an APPA-certified Philosophical Counselor, I can help you find means of raising and answering these questions, through conversations and engaged dialogue. Philosophical reflection and study are tools I can share in this process, one I've been engaged in ever since I began the formal study of philosophy, and continued in my teaching, writing, and reflection.

You know how to show up for everyone else, but therapy is where you finally get to be held, too. As a South Asian therapist, I understand how cultural and intergenerational messages around silence, shame, self-sacrifice, and “keeping the peace” can make it feel unsafe to seek support or speak openly about your pain. You might be navigating attachment wounds, cultural or family expectations, people-pleasing, or feeling overwhelmed in your relationships. Together, we can begin unlearning those harmful messages, reconnect with your voice, and create space for the healing, trust, emotional freedom, and autonomy you deserve.

My clients are usually dealing with life transitions and changes over the lifespan. They could also be struggling with relationships with family, workk associates or friends. I am most successful with clients that share their challenges and provide wnough information about themselves for me to understand their cultural and gender identity. This helps me to understand their world better and enables me to help them within their own context.

Many of us move through life carrying stories that were never fully processed — experiences of loss, trauma, disconnection, or relationships that left us feeling unseen. I aim to create an inviting space where we can gently explore and honor these stories, together. My approach to healing is integrative, spiritual, and deeply relational. I draw from somatic practices, attachment theory, and evidence-based psychotherapy to help clients explore the convergence between mind, body, and soul. I believe that meaningful change often happens through compassionate awareness of our emotions, physical sensations, and our lived experiences.

Looking for a serene space to heal deep wounds? I offer trauma, attachment, and EMDR intensives for adults seeking deeper healing than traditional weekly therapy can often provide. Through half-day, full-day, and multi-day immersive experiences, we create the time and space needed to process stuck experiences, reconnect with your authentic self, and build lasting momentum. My work integrates EMDR, parts work, somatic approaches, and equine-assisted psychotherapy through the Natural Lifemanship model. Intensives are customized for each individual and may include office-based, virtual, equine-assisted, or retreat-style experiences.
