Being a young person in this world comes with so much pressure…like everyone wants you to have your whole life figured out by the time you’re 18. As if there’s this perfect map you’re supposed to follow - get accepted to college, start your career, get married, be confident in who you are. And if there’s a detour? Yikes. But chances are, no one actually gave you the map. Or if they did, it doesn’t feel like your map. It’s filled with other people’s expectations, like what you family wants, what school and work demand, what society says success should and must look like.

Hi, I’m Brittany, and I’m really glad you found your way here. Reaching out for support isn’t always easy, and the fact that you’re here tells me a part of you is ready for something to feel different. I believe that your story is uniquely yours — shaped by your experiences, relationships, identities, and strengths. Therapy, to me, is a collaborative process rooted in trust, safety, and curiosity. It’s not about fixing you — because you are not broken. It’s about understanding yourself more deeply, untangling patterns that no longer serve you, and reconnecting with the parts of you that feel empowered and whole.

Feeling disconnected from yourself can be its own kind of loneliness. If you're navigating an eating disorder, body image distress, or a life change that's left you feeling isolated, you don't have to keep carrying that alone. Healing starts when you have somewhere safe to process your fear, worry, and pain. I work with people who are ready to reconnect with their values, their bodies, and a version of life that actually feels livable. My approach is collaborative and curiosity-driven. I'll meet you with empathy and zero judgment, and we'll move at a pace that feels right for you.

I believe most problems we experience are caused by a combination of two factors; carrying around too much from the past, and not taking good care of ourselves. The symptoms of Depression, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Substance Abuse can all manifest from not cleaning up the past and from practicing poor self care in in the present. Using a variety of approaches including, Psychotherapy, Hypnosis, EMDR, and Process Work, we will together to shift this balance. As people get better at nurturing themselves and begin to let go of the weight of the past, they feel better.

Schedule instantly on my website link in my profile! In a world where cultural norms, systems, and institutions are actively hostile to our wellness, the pursuit of wellness is a revolutionary act. Resistance to oppression, both in the form of external systems and the internalization of the wounds we carry from the past, is a high calling, requiring earnestness, courage, and strength. We all have the power to overcome, and none of us has to do it alone.

In addition to my counseling education and experience, I have specialized training and background in supporting individuals in crisis, including self-harm and suicidal thoughts.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or unsure how to move forward while still trying to hold everything together. Maybe things look fine on the outside, but internally you feel anxious, unsettled, or just not like yourself. If that sounds familiar, you are not alone, and you do not have to figure it out on your own. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, and seasons where things feel heavy or unclear. I have a heart for walking alongside people in whatever they are facing, even when it is hard to fully put into words.

Are you a teenager struggling to keep up with your busy life? Do you feel like anxiety and depression are in the driver’s seat? Growing up in our challenging and changing world is very difficult. Today’s teens face many challenges including pressures from social media, stressors associated with family, school and friends. It’s hard not to get overwhelmed with worries about the future and being overextended with activities and responsibilities. My experiences over the last 20 years have given me many insights into how to provide support and care, the most important being the development of a trusting relationship.

Accepting NEW patients! Do you struggle with people-pleasing, low self-worth, or painful relationships that leave you feeling like you’ve lost yourself? Maybe you grew up in a family that looked “fine” on the outside but left you with invisible scars of trauma. You might find yourself replaying old patterns—turning to food, restriction, or overexercise to cope, feeling guilty when you try to set boundaries, or wondering why you keep choosing partners who don’t treat you well. If you’re exhausted from trying to hold it all together while doubting yourself inside, therapy can help you finally break free.

You want healing that’s rooted in restoring your integrity and that feels both liberating and rooted.

Working with clients, I strive to create a space of safety and being seen. I work primarily with clients 16 and up who are struggling with life changes, understanding themselves, family problems, and trying to focus on healing from depression, anxiety, and trauma. Clients need support, guidance, and a space to be heard without shame or judgement. It is my belief that clients wish to heal and grow, but like any normal person may be afraid of the pain of healing and letting go their former self. Therapy is not always easy, but with support it can lead to beautiful outcomes.
