Schedule instantly on my website link in my profile! In a world where cultural norms, systems, and institutions are actively hostile to our wellness, the pursuit of wellness is a revolutionary act. Resistance to oppression, both in the form of external systems and the internalization of the wounds we carry from the past, is a high calling, requiring earnestness, courage, and strength. We all have the power to overcome, and none of us has to do it alone.

I believe most problems we experience are caused by a combination of two factors; carrying around too much from the past, and not taking good care of ourselves. The symptoms of Depression, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Substance Abuse can all manifest from not cleaning up the past and from practicing poor self care in in the present. Using a variety of approaches including, Psychotherapy, Hypnosis, EMDR, and Process Work, we will together to shift this balance. As people get better at nurturing themselves and begin to let go of the weight of the past, they feel better.

I specialize in brain-based differences, including ADHD and autism. I also have experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use/abuse, housing instability, intimate partner violence, and chronic health conditions. I have been trained in CBT, DBT, ACT, and BSFT, as well as Brainspotting and parts work. You are not a malfunctioning human! Navigating the world with a brain that works differently can be difficult, even traumatic. Therapy is most effective when you can bring your authentic self and build genuine trust; it is nearly impossible to make sustainable gains when you are masking or feel misunderstood.

The way I work with clients reflects what I would want for myself if I were in the other chair. You won’t get canned responses or clinical language that feels hollow. I’m not here to act like a blank slate—I’m a human working with another human. My goal is to create a space that’s real, warm, and grounded in genuine connection. If I see you stuck in patterns that are hurting you, I’ll call it out—with compassion, not judgment. I won’t sugarcoat things, but I also won’t leave you alone in them. My intention is always to help you pause, reflect, and consider a different path—one that feels more aligned with who you are.
