Are you a sensitive, deep-feeling soul who’s burned out from hustling, people-pleasing, and trying to get everything “right?” Do you long for genuine connection, inner peace, and to feel whole in a fragmented, chaotic world? Perhaps you’ve done the self-help, tried pushing harder and harder to change, even shaming and self-hatred to get the depression, anxiety and unhealthy habits and dysfunctional ways of thinking and feeling to stop—and you're ready for a new way. One rooted in self-compassion, bringing home disowned parts of yourself, embodiment, patience, and authentic healing.

Pajama Forward Therapist here! If white knuckling, self shaming, and pulling yourself up by your bootstraps worked, you’d be “cured” a billion times over. It doesn’t. At least not for me or people whose brains are different. Our minds race and it feels impossible to turn off and rest. Sometimes we use substances or other behaviors in a harmful way just to get through the day. There’s more to life out there. A more peaceful and meaningful life is possible. We need to go deeper and get to the root of things. I’ll go with you. Unable to take insurance

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy offers a different kind of reset.
We cannot always control the situations we find ourselves in but we can choose how to react to them. I believe change comes from vulnerability, respect, and an ability to lean into the uncomfortable. In our work together, I aim to create a safe and nonjudgmental space which will enable you to explore yourself and create the resilience you will need to face adversity. I see challenges as an opportunity for growth and believe one can always learn from mistakes.

I provide individual, sibling, family, and group therapy, as well as ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) and psychedelic integration.
You are curious and ready to do meaningful work. You are seeking therapy that goes deep, stays real, and honors the whole person. I work with people who want to better understand themselves—not just to analyze the past, but to feel more alive and connected in the present. I practice from a psychoanalytic and relational lens. That means we’ll explore your history, relationships, and inner world—but always in the service of helping you feel more grounded and alive in your life today. It’s not about getting lost in the past; it’s about understanding how it shapes the present, and what needs to shift.

You look like you’ve got it all together—but inside, it feels heavy and restless. Your mind won’t quiet down, your relationships leave you confused or frustrated, and no matter how much you achieve, it’s never quite enough. If you’ve carried trauma or struggle with self-worth, it can feel exhausting trying to keep it all together—like you’re running on autopilot, just to survive the day. You don’t have to navigate that alone. These patterns didn’t come from nowhere—they were shaped over time. And with care and support, they can begin to soften, shift, and make space for something new.

Are you exhausted from holding it all together? You might be carrying anxiety, depression, trauma, or feeling crushed by the state of the world. Maybe you're managing too much-work, stress, health, relationship strain, big life transitions or the quiet ache of wondering if this is all there is. You might be questioning if you're neurodivergent, carrying a lifetime of feeling "too much" and "not enough," or wondering why it all feels so hard. Even if you look fine on the outside, you feel overwhelmed, disconnected and worn out. You are not broken or too late. You need support that meets you where you actually are and stays with you.

I have extensive training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Somatic Experiencing, Depth Psychology, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work.
Currently supervising a master's-level intern offering reduced-cost sessions. My approach is deeply relational and attachment based— real change often happens through experience, not just thought. In our sessions, we focus on the present moment, exploring what’s alive for you through experiential and somatic work. My goal is to support you to reconnect with your own inner wisdom. Together, we will gently notice the patterns that make you feel stuck (i.e any dissociation, stored trauma memory, or limiting beliefs), uncover what you truly need and desire, and offer your nervous system and body a chance to find more ease and balance.

All people are trying their best to survive and cope with the pain that life brings. That sentiment is the basis of my therapeutic practice: acknowledging that circumstances can prompt people to cope in ways that don’t support their goals. As a therapist, I want to empower you to break patterns of negative thoughts, urges, and behaviors so you can let go of what is not serving you anymore. I am experienced in working with eating disorders (including Anorexia, ARFID, Bulimia, and BED), depression and anxiety, OCD, trauma, and difficulties with emotion regulation and suicidality.

For clients who feel particularly stuck, struggling with depression, anxiety, or traumatic stress, I offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.
If we have the blessing of living to midlife and beyond, it’s certain that we’ve experienced significant losses which we may not have had the resources or support to process. We live in a larger culture that doesn't allow space for grieving and doesn't recognize or acknowledge the loss inherent in many experiences. Without support, we lack ways of fully feeling and making meaning of these deeply human experiences of pain and loss. For many of us, distress that has accumulated over time has us feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and anxious. We continue going through the motions, pushing through, yet lacking a sense of joy and purpose.
